STUFFED SPINACH BREAD
MADE BY MY YOUNGER SON NISHKARSH GROVER
INGREDIENTS
Maida.....250 gm.
Milk powder..... 20 gm.
Dry active yeast.....10 gm.
Salt......a pinch
Powdered Sugar..... 10 gm
baking powder..... 1/8 tsp.
Parsley
For stuffing
Spinach.....1/2 kg
Cheese..... 100 gm.
🌽 sweet corn.....50 gm.
Salt to taste
RECIPEP
1..... Preheat the oven at 190°c
2....mix all dry ingredients & seive them together through the stainer.
3.......then add water & knead to form a smooth dough(water 60-70%)
4..... Keep the dough for fermentation until it is double in size.
5.....Add oil in the fermented dough & knock it back
6....Rest the dough for 5-10 mins
7.....blanch spinach and chop it then add sweet corn and cheese in mixture add some salt as per taste
8.....roll the dough with rolling pin and roll it in rectangular shape
9.....Then add filling in the dough and shape it.
10.....Again let the stuffed dough for rest,Until it's size increases.
11......Garnish it with parsley
12....Then bake it at 180°c for 20-25 mins.than cut it & serve.
