BACHELOR'S ALOO BHARTA
1.....4 boiled mashed aloo lay,ek pan mai 2 spoon oil garm keray .
2.....1/4 spoon jeera,2 chopped green chilli dalay, 1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli,haldi powder dalay.
3.....1/3 spoon amchoor powder dalay mix keray.
4..... Oil chod nay tak bhoonay, aloo dalay,5 min sim per bhoonay.
5..... Garnish it with green coriander (optional)
