CREAMY ALOO GOBHI WITH GINGER GARLIC

MADE BY MY ELDER SON NISHCHAY GROVER

1.....1/2 Kg phool gobhi, 1 big aloo chopped lay.

2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray,2 spoon ginger garlic paste daley.

3.....aloo gobhi ,1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, dhuk ker aloo soft honay tuk sim per cook keray.

4..... Veggis ko beech mai hilatay rahay ,soft honay per ,1/3 spoon red chilli, 1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.

5..... Mix keray,4_4 spoon dahi,malai daley, 5 min ya dahi sookhney tak bhoonay,plate mai nikalay,haray dhaniye say garnishing keray/optional.

6..... Serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.
