VRAT KA PANEER PASANDA
MY INNOVATIVE RECIPE
MADE BY MY YOUNGER SON NISHKERSH GROVER
FOR GRAVY
1.....1 kadahi mai ek big kerchi oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera,2_3 each hari ilayachi ( tod ker),tej patta dalay.
2.....1 moti ilaychi (tod ker),2 piece each javitri,dalcheeni,1/2 jayephal(nutmeg)grated ,4_5 each whole kaali mirch,long,dalay.
3.....6 tomatoes,ginger 1 piece ka paste dalay.
4.....3/4 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder,1/4 garm Masala,1spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix karay.
8.....Oil chod nay tak bhoonay.
FOR PANEER PAKORAY
1.....2 katori vrat k rice/sawank ka atta ya singharay ka atta ya kuttu ka atta mai,1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, 1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.
2.....Paani dal ker batter banaye,250 gm. Paneer kattay saaray pieces per thoda chaat masala sprinkle keray.ab half paneer slices per thodi thodi mint chutney spread keray,ab chutni walay paneer per ek ek piece plain paneer ka laga ker rakhey,like sandwich.
3..... Kadahi mai oil garm keray, paneer sandwiches besan mai dip ker k oil mai pakoray deep fry keray.
4.....Golden brown keray,plate mai nikalay.
FOR SERVING
1.....jitna khana ho utnay paneer pakoray serving dish mai dalay garma garm gravy pakorao per daley.cream ya feti hui dahi say garnishing keray.
2.....Serve it with vrat ki roti or rice. Gravy mai according to taste panni dal saktay hai.
FOR MINT CHUTNEY
1.....100gm roughly chopped hara dhaniya, 2bunch podeena .
2.....1tsp Chaat Masala 2 lemon ka juice ,4 green chilli mixi jaar mai dalay peesay .
3.....kisi bowl mai nikaal ley.
