FOR KACHORI/BIG PAPDI

HOW TO MAKE PAPDI

1.....2 katori maida,1 katori Multigrain atta,1kerchi refined oil,1/2 spoon ajwain,1/2 spoon salt,1/2 katori sooji sabko mix kerey.

2.....thoda thoda paani dal ker tight atta gonthy,ek ghanta geelay kapdey sey dhak ker side per rakhey.

3.....phir attay mai say ek ball/peda ley,badi patli sey patli roti belay,kisi gol cutter ya katori say cut laga ker thodi badi papdi ki shape dey,extra atta nikal ley.

4.....chakoo say kachoriyo mai cut lagaye taaki papdiya phoolay nahi,crispy baney,garm oil mai medium flame per dono side say golden brown keray.

5.....isi tarah saari papdiya bana lay,thanda keray,khanay k liye tyaar hai.

6.....aap isey 8_10 dino k liye air tight container mai store bhi ker saktay hai.

7..... is papdiyo ko garma garm moth k saath serve keray ya chai k saath serve kerey ya bhalyo k saath ya bhel poori ya Surti aloo poori ya dal pakwan bana ney mai istemal kerye.

FOR MOTH KI DAL

1.....3/4 Glass moth ki dal 4 glass paani mai bhigo day 7_8 hour k liye.

2..... Cooker mai dalay dal with panni, 3/4 spoon salt, 1/3 spoon haldi dalay, ek whistle day.

3.....10 min slow fire per rakhay. Gas off karay.

4.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay,1 chopped onion , 3 green chilli chopped dalay light brown karay.

5.....3 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/3 spoon red chilli powder dalay mix karay.

6..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, dal mai dalay, ek boil day , sim per 10 min rakhay.

7..... Serve with kachori, roti or rice with heeng ka aam wala pickle.

HOW TO SERVE

1......Ek bowl mai pahley,3,4 kachori/big papdiya tod/crush ker dalye.

2.....oskey oper,2 spoon haldi walye,sabot masalye mai boiled rice dalye 2 kerchi dal dalye, according to taste chat masala,garm masala, 🍋 lemon juice,onion rings,beetroot laccha dalye.

3.....chaye to podina chatni,saunth  bhi dal sakte hai.
