1.....1 kadahi mai ek Karachi oil lay, 2 chopped onion light brown karay.
2.....5 tomatoes, 4,5 garlic cloves, ek piece ginger ka paste onion mai dalay.
3.....1/2 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/4 degi Mirch, garm masala, dalay, ek spoon chicken masala dalay ,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.
4.....gas bund karay,gravy thundi keray,doodh dal ker mixi may paste bana lay.
5.....kadahi mai paste nikaly,ek spoon sugar,according to thickness u need gravy mai doodh, 1/2 cup each malai , white butter ya ek 1 cup sirf malai dalay,mix keray.
6..... Gas on keray 5 min bhoonay.
7.....for kofta_____3 boiled grated aloo,200 gm grated paneer mai 1/4 spoon each jeera powder,dhaniya powder,salt ,2 big spoon cornflour mix keray.
8..... Kisi bhi shape mai koftay bana lay ,deep fry keray,medium flame per ,golden brown karay.
9..... Plate mai pahlay koftay rakhay, uskay ooper garma garm gravy dalay.
10..... Garnish it with cream or malai.
