BREAKFAST RECIPE
Moong dhuli dal chilla with different stuffing
Indo western
1.....1 Glass moong dhuli dal 3_4 hour bhigo day phir pees lay.1/2 spoon salt mix karay.
2.....250 gm.paneer lay,pieces kaat ley,isme ek spoon 🥄 ginger garlic paste,1/3 spoon salt,1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon dhaniya Powder,1/2 spoon degi mirch,1/4 spoon lal mirch powder,ek spoon dahi,ek spoon besan mix kerey,2 ghante marrinate hone dey.
3.....1 tawa garm karay,1spoon oil falaye , dal k cheelay bana lay, oil laga ker dono side say light brown karay.
4.....isi tarah se saare Chile bana ley,plate main nikal ley.
5.....paneer ko seekho main laga ker gas per tandoor kere ya toaster ya oven ya electronic tandoor main roast kerey,phir plate main nikal ley.
6.....ab Chile ko ek side se 1/4 cut lagaye,1/4 side main paneer rakhe,1/4 side main sliced onion,1/4 side main piri piri sauce,1/4 side main tandoori sauce lagaye,aur according to video,chilla fold kere.
7.....Serve it with sauce or mint chutni.
Note.....app ismay apnay taste ki according koi bhi veggies dal saktay hai like hara dhaniya,hari mirch,capsicum, boiled noodles ya macroni.aur stuffing k ingredients kam jayda bhi ker saktay hai.
