BEETROOT CARROT KAANJI

1.....2 kaali gajar,3 Beetroot peeled,chopped,2 Lt paani,2 tbsp.each salt,black salt,6 tabsp.pisi rai sub ko mix keray.

2..... Glass jaar mai dal ker 3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay,daily heelatay rahay.

3..... Jitni khatti pasand ho utnay din dhoop mai rakhay

4..... According to taste,salt,rai (red chill powder optional) kum ya jayda dal saktay hai.

5..... Serve it chilled.
