MASALA BHEY
( KAMAL KAKDI/LOTUS STEM/BHEY)
1.....1 cooker mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray.
2.....1 chopped onion, 2 green chilli chopped dalay,light brown keray.
3.....2 tomatoes,7 garlic cloves,1 piece ginger teeno mixi mai ek saath peesay onion mai dalay.
4.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi, red chilli powder,1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.
5..... Mix keray, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.1 bhay,peeled chopped cooker mai dalay.
6.....1/2 glass paani dalay,ek whistle day,10 min sim per rakhay ,steam nikal nay per kholay.Agar paani ho to high flame per sookha ley.
7.....serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.
Note..... Agar bhey mai cut kernay k baad uskay holes mai mitti lugay to alag say paani Mai pahalay 5 min boil ker lay us say mitti nikal jaati hai.
