HEENG JEERAY WALAY LAL LOBHIYA

1.....1 glass Lal lobhiya ki dal wash ker k 6_7 hour k liye 2 lt.paani mai bhigo day. Ek cooker mai dalay with paani.

2.....1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi dalay ek whistle day, 15 min slow fire per rakhay.

3..... Ek pan lay 1/2 big spoon oil lay,1/2 spoon each jeera,Lal mirch powder,do chutki heeng powder,ek spoon dhaniya powder,1/4 🥄 garam Masala dalay,light brown karay.

4.....dal mai dalay ek boil day.according to taste dal ki thickness rakhay.

5..... Serve it with onion chutni, roti or rice.
