KASHMIRI GAANTH GOBHI WITH GRAVY

1.....5_6 Gaanth gobhi lay,green patte/leaves chaant lay,wash keray.

2..... Gobhi cheel lay, patte or gobhi kaat lay.

3.....Ek cooker mai 3/4  Karachi sarso oil garm keray,1/2 spoon jeera,ek spoon degi mirch,1/3 spoon red chilli powder, 2 green chilli chopped,2 tomato ka paste dalye.

4.....3/4 spoon each salt,dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon saunf powder,1/2 spoon saunth/dry ginger powder,ek cup feti hui dahi dalay, mix keray,dahi dalne k baad lagataar hilate rahe,jab tak ki boil na aa jaye,aisa kerne say dahi fati nahi hai.

5.....Oil chod nay tak bhoonay,sabji dalay,mix keray,1,1/2 glass paani dalay dhakan band keray,ek seeti aanay per 5 min.slow gas per rakhey,gas off keray.

6.....steam nikalnay per cooker kholay,serve it with garma garm roti or rice.
