1..... ek cooker mai 3/4 kg curd ,3 Lt. Paani,1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala, 1 big spoon ( kalchi) besan lay.
2 hand blender say blend karay, koi lumps nahi rahnay chaiyey
3..... Gas per high flame per rakhay, boil annaye per gas slow fire per rakhay,
4..... 1__1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay,ya kadhi ki consistency aanay tuk.gas off karay.pyaj ki bhajiya ( pakoray) 16_18 piece dalay.
5.....10_15 min slow per rakhay.
6....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, garm honay per, 1 spoon sarso Dana,3_4 chopped garlic cloves, 6_7 dry hole red chilli, 15_20 karri pattay dalay.
6..... Kadi mai dalay ,rice k saath serve karay.
