MY MOM' S RECIPE ( KRISHNA ARORA)
BHARTI ARORA GROVER ( MANJU)
PUNJUBI CHICKEN
1..... ek cooker mai 1 big spoon oil lay, 4 big chopped onion dalay, light brown karay.
2.....4 big tomatoes, 8_10 garlic cloves, ginger ek piece , sub ka mixi mai paste bana lay.
3..... Cooker mai dalay, 3/4 spoon salt, haldi,garm Masala 1/2 spoon each ,dhaniya powder, degi mirch powder 1 spoon each dalay .
4..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay phir chicken 700 gm ,chicken powder 1 spoon, oil 1 big spoon dalay, 10 min tuk high flame per bhunay.
5..... 1 glass paani dalay, mix karay, 1 whistle day. Sim per 10 min rakhay. Steam nikalnay per serve karay.
