BOMBAIYA BHAJI PULAV

1_1each  cauliflower,patato,tinda,ghiya capsicum,carrot,50 gm beans,5 tomatoes, 15_20 garlic cloves,2 onion.

1..... Sub veggies ko kaat lay.

2.....cooker mai 1 glass paani daal ker,phoolgobhi,aloo,ghiya tinda,beans,tomatoes, carrot dalay .

3..... Ek whistle day, gas off karay.

4..... Steam nikal nay per lid kholay.is may say half veggies panni mai say nikaal lay.

5..... Pakoray talnay wali poni( spoon) Jo hole wali hoti hai us say nikaal lay. Paani easily drain hoga us say.

6......1 glass bheegay rice mai 3/4 spoon salt,1/2 spoon haldi ,1/2 big spoon oil dalay mix karay, ek whistle day. Steam nikal nay per rice hila lay taaki chipkay nahi.

7.....ek pan mai 1 big spoon butter lay 2 onion, garlic dalay light brown karay. 1/4 spoon salt, 1 spoon pavbhaji Masala, 1/2 sp degi mirch powder dalay mix karay.

8.....Jo veggies panni mai say sperate kari thi WO is may dalay mix karay, rice dalay mix karay, 5 min dhuk ker rakhay.

9..... Garnish with tomato & cucumber.

10..... Our lunch is ready. Bachi veggies say hum dinner mai pav bhajji bana saktay hai. Recipe next time.
