FRIED CRISPY ARABI
1..... Peel & cut 1/2 kg arbi in french fries shape .
2..... Take 1/2 big spoon musturd oil in a kadhi. at smoking point add arbi.
3..... Add 1/2 spoon each salt, turmeric in it. cover it with lid. keep it on high flame.
4..... After every 5 min, stir it. when it become golden brown, keep the flame on slow fire.
5..... When it become crispy & little soft , add 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, amchoor powder, mix it.
6..... Cover it with lid for 2_3 min. & serve it ,as snacks or with roti & raita.
