CHOLAY ( MATAR) KULCHAY
1.....1/2 Kg dry matar( peas) 6_7 hour k liye bhigo day, ek cooker mai dalay ek whistle day, 10 min slow fire per rakhay.
2..... Gas off karay,Steam nikal nay per ,bowl mai dalay, 1 chopped onion, 2 tomatoes chopped, 2 green chilli chopped.
3.....2 boiled aloo chopped bowl mai dalay, 3/4 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli, bhuna jeera powder, chaat Masala, amchoor powder dalay.
4.... 2 lemon ka juice dalay mix karay, garnish with hara dhaniya, served with kulcha.
NOTE.....App is may kheera ,kakri bhi daal saktay hai.usmay amchoor powder ki jagh imli paste ,dhaniya chutni bhi daal saktay hai.
