1..... Ek cooker mai 1 big spoon oil lay, 1 big chopped onion dalay, 2 green chilli chopped dalay light brown karay.
2.....4 tomatoes, 6_8 garlic cloves, ginger ek piece lay paste bana lay. Cooker mai dalay.
3.....1/2 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, haldi ,dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay.
4..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 4 small aloo,bhey peel karay cut karay, cooker mai dalay.
5..... 2 glass panni daily, mix it, lid bundkaray,ek whistle day, sim per 10 min.rakhay.
6..... Steam nikalnay per serve with roti or rice.
