1.....1 kg soyabeen chapay,1/2 kg paneer ko kaat lay.
2.....1 big bowl mai 1/2 kg curd, 3_4 spoon ginger garlic paste,3/4 spoon salt ,1 1/2 spoon degi mirch, 2 spoon chaat Masala, 1/2 spoon garm Masala, 2 spoon dhaniya powder, 1 big spoon besan dalay.
3.....1/2 big spoon oil dalay, Mix karay, 3_4 hour marinate karay.
4..... Coal wala tandoor ready karay seekho mai lugaye,tandoori per rakhay, ready honey tuk.
5.... Seekho mai say nikaal ker mint chutni k saath serve karay.
