SEETAFUL (PETHEY) KI SABJI

Lunger prasaad Pethay ki sabzi,_____500gm patha/ kaddu lay cheel ker kaat lay,cooker mai 1 big sp oil lai 1/2,1/2 spoon jeera kasoori methi dalay 1 pyaz kata hua dalay light brown karay,4 tomato ki puree dalay,1/2,1/2 sp salt,chilli powder, haldi,amchoor powder,dhaniya powder, 1/4 sp garm Masala dalay bhunay oil chodnay tuk ,petha ,ek kachi ambi kati,1/2 katori paani ,1sp sugar dalay Ek seeti dilay ,5 min slow per rakhay,steam nikanay k baad kadchi say mash karay ,poori k saath serve karay
