DESI GHEE

 How to make desi ghee

1..... Malai 10 min pahlay fridge say bahar nikal lay.

2 kadhi mai malai dalay haat say lugaatar golai mai hilay,jub  usmay say todha thodha doodh nikal nay lugay to butter ready hai .

3..... Ab butter mai chilled paani dalay ,malai say double,usey phir haath say hilaay.

4..... Ab kadhi mai say saara paani nikaal day, butter alag ker lay.

5.....Jo paani baccha hai WO butter milk hota hai, usey hum lussi ,kadhi cake mai use ker saktay hai.

6..... Kadhi ko gas per rakhay, high flame per,laga taar hilatay rahay. Yadi bahaar nikal nay lugay to beech mai slow per rakhay flame.

7..... Jub malai transparent ho jaaye,or neechay light brown paneer jaisay ho jaye to ghee ready hai.

8..... Channi say chaan lay,bachay paneer jaisay mixture say aap lad oo bana saktay hai, yaa cheeni dal ker bhi kha saktay hai.

NOTE..... Pahaly jub mai food prosseser ,ya hand blender say banati thi to time bhi yada lugta tha or waste bhi hota tha butter.haath say jaldi banta hai ,waste bhi nahi hota.
