VADA PAV (pakoray style)



Bombaiya vada pav

1.....6_7 boil aloo around 1/2 kg mash karay usmai 1/2 tsp pavbhaji Masala,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp degi Mirch,1/2 tsp amchoor powder 7_8 garlic grated hara dhaniya ,green chilli chopped mix karay .

2.....ek pav lay beech mai say half kaat lay us per apni pasand ki koi bhi chutni lagay like dhaniya ki ya momos ki ya amchoor ki meethi chutni lagay.

3..... phir aloo ko tikki shape day ker pav per rakhay ,doosara pav us per rakhay phir jasay bread pakoray besan k ghol  mai deep fry kartay hai vasaey karay.

4..... pav is ready chaat Masala upper say daal ker serve karay .
