NARIYAL CHUTNI_________ek nariyal ,4 sp bhunay chanay without skin,ek tukra ginger,1/4 sp salt,1/2 sp sugar, water according to consistency lay ker mixi may grind ker lay ,bowl mai nikal lay, pan mai oil lay 1/2 sp , garm honay per 1/2 sp sarso Dana,4,5 dry red chilli, 10,15 kari patay dalay crackle honay per chutni mai dalay.serve with idli, DOSA .
