GURUDWARA PRASAD( AATAY KA HALWA)
1..... 1 Cup desi ghee kadhai mai lay,1 cup atta dalay light brown karay, medium flame per.
2..... Ya dhoda time full thoda time slow fire per rakhay.
3.....1 1/2 cup paani dalay saath hi turant 1/2 cup sugar dalay, mix karay oil chod nay tuk, ya jub kadhi poori clean ho jaye or halwa ikhtha ho jaye tub tuk bhunay.
4..... Gas off karay ,garnish with almond.
NOTE..... 1..... Gurudwaray k liye prasad banana hai to dry fruits nahi daltay.
2..... Hamesha pahlay paani dalay phir sugar.nahi to theek nahi banagaya.
3..... Paani or sugar dal nay mai 1_2 second ka gap hi hota hai, isliye ,sugar ,water pahlay say hi nikaal ker rakhay.
