Without oil healthy recipe
Healthy recipe banane k liye aap tond milk ki dahi use ker saktay hai.
1.....dahi 2 cup,1 bowl mai lay ,1spoon each chaat Masala,dhaniya powder,dagi mirch,1/3 sp each red chilli powder,salt,1/4sp garm Masala .
2.....2 sp ginger garlic paste dalay mix karay,ek katori nutrila badi according to packet ready keray,phir masale mai dalay.
3..... mix karay 5_6 hour marinate karay.
4.....Pan gas per rakhe,mixture dalay 5_10 min bhunay ya oil chod nay tak .
5.....roti k saath serve karay ya as a snacks bhi serve ker sakte hai bahut tasty banta hai,ismai mai full cream dahi leti hu, jo apna oil chod deti hai.
6.....isi recipe say aap tandoor mai tandoori paneer tikka,pineapple tikka,any veg ,nonveg tikka bana saktay hai.us mai dahi 2 cup ki jagah 2 spoon dalta hai.
7.....ya pan mai isi method say koi bhi veg bana saktay hai.
Note
1.....marinated meaning saaray masalo mai kuch ghanto k liye kisi bhi veggies ko like aloo,paneer etc ko mix ker k rakh detay hai jis say masalay ka flavour usmay acchay say ander tak chala jayey.
2.....agar guest k liye banana ho to ek spoon oil garm keray halki si degi mirch dal ker oper say tadka laga dey.
