1.....readymade batter lay,ya1 glass urad dhuli dal lay,2 glass rice lay,1sp mehi Dana lay dho ker morning mai bhigo day.
2.....raat ko pees lay,1sp salt dalay,mix kerey,dhak ker rakhay ,subh fermentation/khmeer ho jayega.
3.....ek nonstick tawa lay oil lagaye Zara sa kisi,cloth/kapdey say ya adhe kate onion say pooray taway per spread keray.
4.....phir halka sa gas per garm ker lay, adhey batter mai 2 grated carrot,adha cup matar mix kerey, ek kerchi batter lay,or taway per spread keray.according to taste chopped onion ya koi bhi veggies dalay like capsicum,green chillies etc.
5.....phir 2sp oil dalay neechay say light brown karay,phir turn keray slow fire per cook keray.
6..... Cook honay per sambhar or nariyal chutney,sezwaan chutni, pudeena chutni k saath serve karay.
Note.....Nonstick tawa bilkul halka sa garm keray,oil spread keray ya half onion cut keray,onion taway per press kertay huye oil spread keray
,jayda garm taway per dosa ya uttapam sahi nahi banta.
