meray pass poha, moth dal Jo mainay banayi thi buch gai thi wo use kari.
1.....moth ki dal ya koi bhi left over ( bachi hui) dal salt,red chilli, atta according to your dal ley,iska dough bana lay.
2.....dough mai se ek gola/ balls bana le,sookha atta laga ker thodi moti roti belay, according to need poha ismay stuff keray,phir sookha atta laga ker doobara belay.
3.....garm taway per prantha dalye,pranthay per ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.
4.....garma garm prantha dahi,red chilli pickle ya carrot pickle ya butter k saath serve keray.
Note.....aap is sabji,dal k attay mai phool gobhi, mooli,paneer etc.koi bhi stuffing bhar ker bhi prantha bana saktay hai.
