CHICKEN STUFFED MOONG CHILA
FOR CHICKEN TIKKA
1.....1/2 kg boneless chicken k pieces mai 1 spoon each ginger garlic paste,degi mirch powder,1/2 spoon each chaat masala, salt,1/4 spooon garm masala,2 spoon dahi dal ker marinate keray.
2.....raat ko marinate ker k fridge mai rakh de.
3..... morning mai air friyer basket mai 200 degree per chicken rakhey,10 minute rakhye,phir bursh sey oil lagaye.
4.....chicken ko turn keray or doosri taraf se bhi oil lagaye, dubara say 5 minute tak ya cook honey tak air friyer mai rakhey.
5.....plate mai nikaly.
FOR MOONG CHILA
For 10 chillas
1.....1 Glass moong dhuli dal 3_4 hour bhigo day phir pees lay.1/3 spoon salt mix karay.
2.....1 tawa garm karay, 1 spoon oil falaye,dal k cheelay bana lay, oil laga ker dono side say light brown karay.
3.....chillay mai according to taste/need chicken tikka stuffing bharay fold karay.
5..... Serve with sauce or mint chutni.
Note.....app ismay apnay taste ki according koi bhi veggies dal saktay hai like hara dhaniya,hari mirch,grated carrot,capsicum, sweet corn etc.
