KARARAY ALOO

KARARAY PUNJABI ALOO

1.....6 big aloo peel ker Kay kaat lay.Ek kadahi mai 1 badi kadchi sarso ka oil garm karay.

2.....smoking point per gas slow fire per keray,phir aloo dalay,1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.

3..... Lid luga ker high flame per rakhay, beech mai hilatay rahay.

4..... Golden brown honay per gas slow fire per ker lay. Lid luga ker rakhay.

5..... Aloo soft honay per 1/2 red chilli powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay mix karay.

6.....2 min slow fire per rakhay, serve with roti.

NOTE.....ALOO ya koi bhi dry veg app ho sakay to lohay ( iron) ki kadhi mai banaye,is say humay iron milta hai.
