2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 10_15 chopped garlic cloves,2 green chilli chopped light brown karay.

3..... Veggies ,1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, dhuk ker aloo soft honay tuk sim per cook keray.

1.....1 Bada gol baigan wash karay, gol gol thin slice katay.beech mai say sabhi slice ko scoop out keray. Bangle jaisay bun jaye gay,salt red chilli luga ker stainer mai rakhay.

2.....for stuffing _100 gm mashed paneer,2 medium size boiled aloo ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masalaⁿ

3.....1 spoon chaat Masala,Hari mirch 2 chopped, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya ,1 lemon ka juice  stuffing k saaray ingredients bowl mai mix keray.

4.....baigan k slices mai stuffing bharay.sabhi mai dono sides say maida chidkay,hath say press keray.

5.....15 min fridge mai rakhay, taway per 2 spoon oil garm keray,sabhi slices dono side say golden brown karay.

6.....serve it with mint chutney or sauce.

3..... Phir half dough lay sookha maida laga ker balay.

4.....1 glass say circle mai cut karay, jitnay possible ho.

5..... Isi tarah Saaray circle bana lay,phir Pepsi ki bottle ki cap say center mai circle cut karay.

6......plate mai Saaray donuts rakhay,dhuk ker kitchen mai 2 hour ya double poohl nay tuk rakhay.

7..... Pan mai oil garm keray, medium flame per Donuts deep fry keray.

8..... Light brown karay, cooking chocolate melt keray microwave mai ya double boiler mai.

3.....1 pan mai 3/4 kerchi oil garm keray,1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli light brown karay.

4.....4 tomatoes, 1 piece ginger, 8_10 garlic cloves ka paste onion mai dalay.

5.....1 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay .

6.....mix keray ,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.

7..... Masala cooker mai dalay phir say ek whistle day. According to taste gravy rakhay.

1.....2 cup sooji mai 1/2 cup curd ,1each chopped onion, tomato,green chilli big,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya.

2.....1/2 spoon salt, water mix keray batter bana lay, idli batter say thoda thin.1/2 hour rakhay.

3.....appay pan gas per high flame per garm keray, thod thoda greesing keray oil say.

4.....gas slow keray, jub appay bananay ho turant,4 pinch meetha soda, 1/4 spoon eno dalay mix keray.

5.....1_1 spoon batter mold mai dalay,dhuk ker rakhay, jub neechay day brown ho jaye to spoon say turn keray.

6.....easily turn ho jaata hai agar greesing acchay say keray to. Agar easily turn naa ho to thoda time or cook keray.

7..... Doosri side say 1_2 min hi rakhay.

1.....2 glass urad dhuli dal 5_6 hour bhigo ker pees lay.

2.....1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, a pinch heeng paste mai dal ker mix keray.

3..... Kadahi mai baday baday balls bana ker deep fry keray.half fry honay per nikal lay.

4..... plate mai ek ball lay glass say half press keray, center mai spoon say hole keray.

5.....garm lugay to kisi kapday say pakar ker keray.

6.....isi tarah saray balls mai hole keray,dubara say deep fry keray golden brown honay tuk.

7..... crispy vada is ready, Serve it with garma garm sambhar with coconut chutney.

Note.....sambhar or coconut ki chutney pahlay bata chukay hai,agar aap dubara dekhna chatay hai to Bharti's kitchen mai dekhey.

BACHELOR'S MATAR PULAV

1.....1 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,1 glass panni mai.

2.....1 cooker mai 1 kakchi oil lay,2 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.

3.....1 spoon flat salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala
dalay.

4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup frozen peas dalay,ek min bhunay.

5.....rice dalay with water,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

6..... my favourite matar PULAV is ready .

7..... serve it with mint chutney or raita.

Note.....app chaye to tej patta,saboot masalay bhi dal saktay hai.

Malai kofta











BHARTI ARORA GROVER

PUNJABI STYLE MALAI KOFTA

FROM Bharti's kitchen

1.....1 kadahi mai ek Karachi oil lay, 2 chopped onion light brown karay.

2.....5 tomatoes, 4,5 garlic cloves, ek piece ginger ka paste onion mai dalay.

3.....1/2 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/4 degi Mirch, garm masala, dalay, ek spoon chicken masala dalay ,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.

4.....gas bund karay,gravy thundi keray,doodh dal ker mixi may paste bana lay.

5.....kadahi mai paste nikaly,ek spoon sugar,according to thickness u need gravy mai doodh, 1/2 cup each malai , white butter ya ek 1 cup sirf malai dalay,mix keray.

6..... Gas on keray  5 min bhoonay.

7.....for kofta_____3 boiled grated  aloo,200 gm grated paneer mai 1/4 spoon each  jeera powder,dhaniya powder,salt ,2 big spoon cornflour mix keray.

8..... Kisi bhi shape mai koftay bana lay ,deep fry keray,medium flame per ,golden brown karay.

9..... Plate mai pahlay koftay rakhay, uskay ooper garma garm gravy dalay.

10..... Garnish it with cream or malai.
