JHUTPUT PERVAL KI SABZI

1.....1 Kadahi mai 1/3 Karachi oil lay, garm karay, 250 gm chopped perval dalay .

2.....1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay mix keray, dhuk ker, soft honay tuk rakhay.

3.....beech beech mai hilatay rakhay,soft honay per 1/3 spoon each red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay mix keray.

4.....2 min. Dhuk ker rakhay. Gas off karay.

5.....serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.

Note.....aap chay to is may tomatoes paste,amchoor, ya imli paste bhi dal saktay hai.
