2.....GRAVY thick ker nay k liye moongfali powder dalay.
3..... BADAY banatay time thoda sa maida milaye.
4.....WHITE CHANAY bhigo nay k baad oil lugay CHANAY per jadli boil hongay.
5.....APPLE kaat nay k baad lemon juice lugaye.
6.....GULAB JAMUN buch jaye to dough mai goonth ker poori banaye.
7.....LEMON kaanch k jaar mai paani mai fridge mai rakhay,paani change kertay rahay.
8.....ONION paste pahlay without oil bhunay ,baad mai oil dalay,jaldi bhun jayagay,oil bhi kum lugayega.
9.....BADAY mai 2 spoon curd dalay,soft bunay gay.
10.....WHITE SAUCE mai maiday ki jagah atta use karay.
11.....LEMON GINGER dry honay per 2 hour paani mai bhigo day.
