SOOKHI URAD DAL IN LAHSUNI FLAVOUR

FROM BHARTI'S KITCHEN

1.....3/4 Glass urad dhuli dal wash karay, 1 hour bhigo day. 3/4 glass paani mai.

2.....cooker mai dalay with water, 1/3 spoon each salt, haldi ,red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay.

3.....1 whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

4.....1 pan mai 1/4 Karachi oil lay garm keray, 7_8 chopped garlic cloves dalay ,light brown karay.

5..... Dal mai mix keray.

6..... Garnish it with hara dhaniya or chopped onion.

7..... Serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.
