URAD DAL KA PRANTHA

jub bhi mai sookhi urad dhuli dal lahusuni flaver banati hu to hamaray ghar aglay din bacchi dal k prantho ki demand hoti hai ,isliye mai jayda dal banati hu.
1..... Attay ki balls bana lay, soohka atta luga ker balay.
2..... Dal bharay ,roti bund keray dubara balay.
3..... Taway per ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown karay.
4..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.
Note.....agar dal kum ho ya according to taste aap is dal may chopped onion, green chilli, hara dhaniya bhi mix ker saktay hai.
