MASALA KUNDRU

MASALA KUNDRU

1.....250 gm.kundru wash karay, length wise half cut karay.

2.....1 kadahi mai 1/4 Karachi oil garm keray, kundru dalay 1/5 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.

3..... Dhuk ker soft honay tuk gas per rakhay,beech beech mai mix keray.

4..... Soft honay per 1/5 spoon each red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay mix keray.

5.....2 min dhuk ker rakhay.mix keray.

6..... Serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.
