From Bharti's kitchen
1.....2 glass urad dhuli dal 5_6 hour bhigo ker pees lay.
2.....1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, a pinch heeng paste mai dal ker mix keray.
3..... Kadahi mai baday baday balls bana ker deep fry keray.half fry honay per nikal lay.
4..... plate mai ek ball lay glass say half press keray, center mai spoon say hole keray.
5.....garm lugay to kisi kapday say pakar ker keray.
6.....isi tarah saray balls mai hole keray,dubara say deep fry keray golden brown honay tuk.
7..... crispy vada is ready, Serve it with garma garm sambhar with coconut chutney.
Note.....sambhar or coconut ki chutney pahlay bata chukay hai,agar aap dubara dekhna chatay hai to Bharti's kitchen mai dekhey.
