PUNJABI LAHSUNI PALAK PANEER
1.....1 Kg palak saaf keray, wash karay, ek whistle day, pees lay.
2..... Ek kadahi mai 1 kadahi oil garm keray, 10,15 chopped garlic,2 chopped green chilli light brown karay.
3.....4 big tomatoes ka paste dalay kadahi mai, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay.
4.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, according to taste palak ki thickness rakhay.
5..... 250 gm chopped paneer serve keray say pahlay dalay,ek boil day.
6..... Serve it with garma garm roti or jeera rice.
