RAJASTHANI BROAD BEANS

FROM BHARTI'S KITCHEN

1.....25O Gm. Rajisthani broad beans wash karay, side thread nikaal lay,acchay say. Cut keray.

2.....ek kadahi mai 1/2 karachi oil garm keray,2 big chopped aloo, beans dalay.

3.....1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay sim gas per dhuk ker, soft honay tuk cook keray.

4..... Beech beech mai mix kertay rahay,aloo soft honay per, 1/3 spoon each red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masala, amchoor powder dalay.

5.....mix keray 2 min dhuk ker rakhay.

6.....serve it with garma garm roti or rice .
