LOBHIYA WITH GRAVY
FROM BHARTI'S KITCHEN
1.....3/4 Glass lobhiya wash karay, bhigo day 6_7 hour k liye.
2.....cooker mai dalay ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per kholay.
3.....1 pan mai 3/4 kerchi oil garm keray,1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli light brown karay.
4.....4 tomatoes, 1 piece ginger, 8_10 garlic cloves ka paste onion mai dalay.
5.....1 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay .
6.....mix keray ,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.
7..... Masala cooker mai dalay phir say ek whistle day. According to taste gravy rakhay.
8..... Serve it with jeera rice or chappati.
