KHATTAY FRIED BAIGAN

1.....1 Medium size chopped baigan deep fry keray,golden brown honay tuk.

2..... Pan mai 1 spoon oil lay, 1/4 spoon sarso dana dalay,4 dry red chilli dalay,1 spoon imli paste dalay.

3..... 1/4 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, garm Masala dalay mix keray.

4..... Fried baigan dalay mix keray .serve it with garma garm roti, poori or prantha.
