GOBHI PALAK PRANTHA

1.....1 cup each phool gobhi grated , palak chopped, 1 chopped green chilli mix keray.

2.....according to taste salt,red chilli  anar dana ,grated ginger mix keray.

3..... Attay ki ball lay sookha atta laga ker roti balay according to taste stuffing bharay.

4..... Bund keray roti sookha atta laga ker phir balay.

5..... Garm Taway per roti dalay, ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown karay.

6..... Serve it with curd or mint chutney or any pickle.
