1.....1 Bada gol baigan wash karay, gol gol thin slice katay.beech mai say sabhi slice ko scoop out keray. Bangle jaisay bun jaye gay,salt red chilli luga ker stainer mai rakhay.
2.....for stuffing _100 gm mashed paneer,2 medium size boiled aloo ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, garm Masalaⁿ
3.....1 spoon chaat Masala,Hari mirch 2 chopped, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya ,1 lemon ka juice stuffing k saaray ingredients bowl mai mix keray.
4.....baigan k slices mai stuffing bharay.sabhi mai dono sides say maida chidkay,hath say press keray.
5.....15 min fridge mai rakhay, taway per 2 spoon oil garm keray,sabhi slices dono side say golden brown karay.
6.....serve it with mint chutney or sauce.
