1.....1 Each chopped red,yellow, green capsicum( bell pepper),1 chopped phool brokali.

2.....1 packet chopped baby corn,1 packet sweet corn.

3..... Saari veggies microwave safe bowl mai dalay, 1/3 spoon each salt ,Kali mirch powder dalay.

4..... 1 spoon butter optional dalay.5 min.microwave keray. Serve it hot.

1.....2 big aloo cheel ker sticks mai kaat lay.

2..... Bowl mai aloo sticks,1 spoon each maida,cornflour, 1/4 spoon each salt, garm masala.

3.....1/2 spoon each degi mirch,dhaniya powder, chaat masala,garlic paste mix keray.

4.....1 hour rakhay,phir deep fry keray golden brown keray.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or sauce.

1.....1 Packet mushroom, 6_7 garlic cloves, 1/3 spoon salt, 1 (soup) bowl paani ek microwave safe big bowl mai dalay.

2..... 5 min microwave keray. Mixi mai according to taste paste banaye.

3.....3 bowl(soup) paani dalay mushroom mai,according to taste kaali mirch powder dalay.

4.....10 min microwave keray, serve it hot with butter or without butter.

Paneer ki bhurji banai thi buch gai to subah uska stuffed prantha bana diya.

1.....takreeban 3 katoori atta , 1  1/2 glass paani dal ker dough banaye.

2.....dough mai say ek ball lay, chotti roti balay,according to taste salt,red chilli powder dalay.

3..... 2 spoon paneer bhurji dalay, roti fold keray, baley.

4..... Taway per prantha dalay ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.

PANEER BHUJI

1..... Ek kadahi mai 1 big spoon oil dalay, 4 onion ,4 green chilli chopped dalay light brown karay.

2..... 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, haldi dalay, 1 min bhunay ,phir 500 gm. Mashed paneer dalay.

3..... Mix it, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

4..... Serve it with roti.

NOTE.....1.....Is may aap frozen matar bhi daal saktay hai.5 min onion k saath hi daal ker bhunay. That's

Banana choco cake

1.....2 pack Oreo biscuit k  35 rs each walay,mixi mai powder bana lay.

2.....mixi mai he 1 spoon powdered sugar,1/4 spoon baking powder, ghee ya butter ya refined oil 1 big spoon dalay.

3.....warm milk 3/4 glass ya according to need dalay.2 banana dalay.

4.....2 min mixi chalaye,greesed microwave safe silicon bowl mai batter dalay.chaye to whisker say bowl mai batter mix keray.

5.....thupthapa ker batter set keray. Chaye to watermelon seeds ya dryfruits oper say sprinkle keray,5 _8 min microwave mai bina dhukay chalaye.

6..... Knife test kerey,knife clear hai to ready ,nahi to 1_2 min phir say chalaye.

7.....10_15 min room temperature per thanda keray.

8..... Decorate keray,serve keray.

KHASTA KACHORI

1.....550 gm.maiday mai 1/2 spoon salt, 2 big Karachi (big spoon) oil,1/4 spoon ajwaien mix keray.

2..... Warm water say tight dough banaye, (oil maiday mai itna dalay jissay mutthi bun jaye,baad mai paani dalay).

3.....1 katori urad dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai ,paani nikal ker derderi pees lay.

4..... Pan mai 1 tbsp oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .

5.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.

6..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,belay kachori.

7..... Kadahi mai oil medium garm keray, kachoriya dalay,sim per ,dono side say golden brown keray.

8..... Serve it with garma garm aloo ki sabzi,chopped onion,mint chutney.

Note.....Atta tight banaye,stuffing mai ek pinch meetha soda dalay,medium hot oil mai kachori dalay phir slow per fry keray,stuffing itni bharay jitni ki baltay huye bahar na nikale,yadi nikalti hai baltay huye to starting mai haath say press ker k banaye balaye nahi

5..... Mashed aloo ,2 glass paani dalay, mix karay ek boil day, slow fire per 10_15 min rakhay.

1..... 1 Bowl mai papdi arrange keray, phir 1 chopped apple,1 chopped boiled aloo arrange keray.

2..... Fetti hui dahi dalay ,saunth dalay,according to taste black salt,degi mirch,bhuna pissa jeera dalay.

3.....phir 1/2 apple ,1 boiled aloo dalay, 1/2 cup annar k danay,haray dhaniye say garnishing keray.

Note.....according to taste app koi bhi fruits dal saktay hai.

1.....250 ML paani pan mai lay,5,6 spoon sugar ya gur ,1/4 each salt,black salt ,degi mirch, 1/2 sp bhuna jeera powder, 1/4 sp garm Masala dalay.

2.....5,6 spoon amchoor powder yaa imli paste dalay mix karay, gas per rakhay. Full flame per.

3..... Boil aanay per gas slow per rakhay. Thick honay tuk pukay.

4...... 1 spoon kharboojay k seeds bhi daal saktay hai. ( optional).

5..... Dahi bhalay k saath serve karay.

NOTE.....IS Chutni ko aap fridge mai ya fridger mai 1_2 month tuk rukh saktay hai.

5.....1 whistle day, 10 min slow per rakhay,gas off keray.

6..... Steam nikal nay per serve it with mint chutney or curd.

Note..... Aap is may koi bhi veggies like gajar,sweet corn beans etc.dal saktay hai.

Koi bhi mix dalay(pulses) bhi dal saktay hai like moong chilka,kalay masar etc.

4..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,prantha belay.

5..... Tawa garm keray, prantha dalay,ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

7..... Serve it with curd or mint chutney.

Note.....agar kachoriya banatay time pitthi buch jaye to hum uska prantha bhi bana saktay hai. Mainay bhi uska hi banaya.

1 moti roti mai ek hole kertay hai, center mai, jissay way chaand ko dekhtay hai.waha apni mom say ye recipe seekhi .soccha aap logo say bhi share karoo,hope u like it.

1.....2 katori atta,2 baday spoon each ghee, powdered sugar, 1/2 spoon saunf,1/2 cup grated coconut.

2..... Sabko mix keray, paani dal ker tight dough banaye.

3.....phir moti moti rotiya bana lay,or hole kerna ho to center mai finger say hole keray.

4..... Garm taway per ,sim flame per dono side say golden brown keray.

5..... Dinner k baad meethay ki tarah serve keray.

4..... Golden brown karay, serve it with garma garm channa masala.

1.....1kg sarso,palak ka mix saag wash karay, chop keray, 45 min boil keray.

2.....According to taste handy say pees lay,jitni thickness aap ko pasand ho.

3.....1 lohay ki kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm kerayl, 10_12 garlic cloves, 4 big green chilli dono ko chopped keray.

4.....oil mai dalay light brown karay ,4 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/2 spoon each salt dhaniya powder dalay.

5.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, saag dalay,ek boil aanay per dhuk ker rakhay.

6..... According to taste jitni thickness pasand ho tub tuk bhoonay.

Note.....mere husband ko green colour ka pasand hai to unkay liye kum bhoonti hu,pahlay nikal leti hu.

Mujhay sookha pasand hai to bhoon bhoon ker sookha leti hu.

Lohay ki kadahi mai sookhi veggies bana nay say iron milta hai.

MINT CHUTNEY

1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.

2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a  bowl.

3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd,mix it in chutni with the help of folk.

4 serve it in a any beautiful glass .

MIX VEG

MIX VEG

1.....1 kadahi mai 1 Karachi oil garm keray, 1 medium size chopped phool gobhi,1 chopped aloo dalay.

2..... Dhuk ker rakhay,sim gas per,1 cup frozen peas,1 chopped capsicum dalay,mix keray.

3.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, mix keray, dhuk ker rakhay,sim per.

4.....10_15 chopped beans dalay,mix keray,aloo soft honay per,1 chopped tomato dalay,4_5 chopped garlic cloves dalay.

5.....1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 1/4 garm masala dalay,mix keray.

6..... 2 min bhoonay. Serve it with garma garm roti or rice.

Note.....according to taste is may,carrot,sweetcorn,paneer,onion,ginger,hara dhaniya etc bhi daal saktay hai .

1.....500 Gm. palak wash keray, ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per thanda keray.

2..... Mixi mai paste bans lay.

3.....iron kadahi mai 1/2 Krachi oil garm keray,10_12 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chilli dalay.

4..... Garlic brown keray, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli dalay.

5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, paste dalay,ek boil aanay per sim per dhuk ker rakhay.

6..... According to taste thickness rakhay.

7..... Serve it with garma garm roti.

1.....4_5 big boiled mashed aloo ,1 chopped onion, 2 spoon chopped hara dhaniya, 2 green chilli chopped.

2..... Salt 1/3 spoon ,red chilli 1/3 spoon saaray ingredients bowl mai mix karay.

3..... 1 bread slice lay paani mai dip karay, halkay haath say press karay, saara paani nikal day.

4..... According to taste stuffing bharay fold karay roll ki ya koi bhi shape day. Isi tarah saaray roll bana lay.

5.....deep fry karay golden brown honay tuk.

6..... Serve it with sauce or mint chutney.

1.....250 gm. Maida mai 1/3 spoon salt,2 spoon oil dal ker dough bana lay.

2.....maiday ki 2 poori belay,1 poori per oil spread keray,doosri poori us per rakhay,belay patli say patli,jitni possible ho.

3.....taway per dono side say sakay,plate mai nikaly.

4..... Haat say roti alag ker lay,ek roti say do roti ready ho jaati hai,inahay hum kashmiri roomali roti kahtay hai.

5..... Isi method say saari rotiya bana lay.

6..... Is roti ko aap kisi bhi sabzi k saath serve keray ya koi bhi stuffing bhur ker wrap ya roll bana saktay hai.

1.....1 kg soyabeen chapay,1/2 kg paneer ko kaat lay.

2.....1 big bowl mai 1/2 kg curd, 3_4 spoon ginger garlic paste,3/4 spoon salt ,1 1/2 spoon degi mirch, 2 spoon chaat Masala, 1/2 spoon garm Masala, 2 spoon dhaniya powder, 1 big spoon besan dalay.

3.....1/2 big spoon oil dalay, Mix karay, 3_4 hour marinate karay.

4..... Coal wala tandoor ready karay seekho mai lugaye,tandoori per rakhay, ready honey tuk.

5.... Seekho mai say nikaal lay.
