URAD DAL KI PITTHI KA STUFFED PRANTHA
1.....1 katori urad dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai ,paani nikal ker derderi pees lay.
2..... Pan mai 1 tbsp oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .
3.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.
4..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,prantha belay.
5..... Tawa garm keray, prantha dalay,ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.
7..... Serve it with curd or mint chutney.
Note.....agar kachoriya banatay time pitthi buch jaye to hum uska prantha bhi bana saktay hai. Mainay bhi uska hi banaya.
