GARLIC FLAVOURED PALAK

1.....500 Gm. palak wash keray, ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per thanda keray.

2..... Mixi mai paste bans lay.

3.....iron kadahi mai 1/2 Krachi oil garm keray,10_12 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chilli dalay.

4..... Garlic brown keray, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli dalay.

5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, paste dalay,ek boil aanay per sim per dhuk ker rakhay.

6..... According to taste thickness rakhay.

7..... Serve it with garma garm roti.
