HARAY PAYAJ KA STUFFED PRANTHA

1.....takreeban 3 katoori atta , 1  1/2 glass paani dal ker dough banaye.

2.....dough mai say ek ball lay, chotti roti balay,according to taste salt,red chilli powder dalay.

3..... Chopped  hara payaj dalay, roti fold keray, baley.

4..... Taway per prantha dalay ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.
