KASHMIRI ROOMALI ROTI

1.....250 gm. Maida mai 1/3 spoon salt,2 spoon oil dal ker dough bana lay.

2.....maiday ki 2 poori belay,1 poori per oil spread keray,doosri poori us per rakhay,belay patli say patli,jitni possible ho.

3.....taway per dono side say sakay,plate mai nikaly.

4..... Haat say roti alag ker lay,ek roti say do roti ready ho jaati hai,inahay hum kashmiri roomali roti kahtay hai.

5..... Isi method say saari rotiya bana lay.

6..... Is roti ko aap kisi bhi sabzi k saath serve keray ya koi bhi stuffing bhur ker wrap ya roll bana saktay hai.
