1.....4 packets washed mushroom ,1/2 cup each cornflour,maida.
2.....1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon each chaat masala,dhaniya powder, degi mirch.
3.....20_25 garlic cloves ka paste,saaray ingredients bowl mai mix keray.
4.....1_2 hour rest day.kadahi mai oil garm keray, mushroom deep fry keray.
5..... Golden brown honay per serve it with mint chutney.
