TASTY CHILLI PAKORAY

CHILLI PAKORAY

1.....2 cup besan mai 1/3 spoon each salt ,red chilli powder dalay,paani dal ker batter banaye.

2..... 250 gm. Moti Green chilli wash keray, center mai cut lagaye.

3.....according to taste chaat masala chillies mai bharay.

4.....chilli's batter mai dip keray,kadahi mai oil garm keray, oil mai chillies deep fry keray.

5..... Golden brown honay per plate mai nikal day.

6..... Serve it with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
