BHATOORAY

1.....500 gm. Maida,takreeban 400 gm.curd,1/2 spoon salt dal ker dough ready keray.

2.....geelay cloth say 5_6 hour k liye dhuk ker rakhay.

3.....kadahi mai oil garm keray, dough k bhatooray balay,garm oil mai deep fry keray.

4..... Golden brown karay, serve it with garma garm channa masala.

CHANNA MASALA (CHOLAY)

1.....1 glass white chanay 6,7 hour k liye bhigo day, ek whistle day, 15 min slow fire per rakhay.

2.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, 1/2 spoin each jeera ,kasoori methi,bhuna jeera powder, amchoor powder,salt ,red chilli powder, 1/4 garm Masala.

3.....1 spoon each chana Masala, dhaniya powder dalay ek min bhunay.

4..... Boil Cholay mai tadka dalay ek whistle day.

5..... Apnay taste kay according gravy ya dry rakhay.

6..... Garnish with sliced onion, Serve with poori,rice or bhatura.
