#BAKED MUSHROOM TIKKA

1.....4 packets washed mushroom ,1/2 cup each curd,besan.

2.....1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon each chaat masala,dhaniya powder, degi mirch.

3.....20_25 garlic cloves ka paste,saaray ingredients bowl mai mix keray.

4.....1_2 hour rest day.preheated oven mai high power per ,according to your oven 15_20 min ya golden brown honay tuk bake keray.

5..... Golden brown honay per serve it with mint chutney.
